Free ‘Effective Credit Control’ Workshop March 3, 2009

stepclever_business Effective credit control means getting paid promptly and in full and its more vital than ever in the current business climate.

Stepclever is holding a course specifically aimed at helping small businesses, looking at recovering debt and actions to improve financial processes and techniques. The course focuses on how late payment affects business finances.

Kevin Griffiths of Commercial Services at Liverpool Chamber, working with Stepclever said: “We’ve put on  this Workshop due to demand from local businesses, we recently held an Understanding Business Finance Workshop and the feedback that we received told us that credit control in particular was an issue.”

“We aim to help participants evaluate the cost of credit to the company, develop a suitable credit policy and Planning cash collection targets by formulation of a credit control action plan.”

This workshop is part of a series of FREE workshops to improve the chances of businesses in the Anfield, Everton, County, Kirkdale, Linacre and Derby wards to win contracts in both the public and private sectors.
