“The harder I work, the luckier I get” James Thurber.   “As the director of Liverpool’s International Coaching Academy”, says John Haynes. “I have met over the years, many successful people and at times, unfortunately people who have failed dismally.  I believe there is a big common denominator with successful people. All successful people work hard, hard,  hard, they start earlier, stay later and develop a reputation of being the best in their field.”

” I encourage the Chamber of Commerce Members to practice the 40plus formula.  This formula says that if you only work 40 hours per week that’s survival, everything over 40 hours is success. The average work week today is closer to 35 hours all you will ever do is survive, you will never get ahead.  You will never be a big financial success.  You will never be highly respected and esteemed by your colleagues.  You will always be working the basic 40 hour week but that is not for us entrepreneurs in this year of Capital of Culture.

I advise all of you to really focus on our goals, our dreams and work hard.  Every hour over 40 hours is an investment in your future,  in fact you can tell with tremendous accuracy were you are going to be in 5 years time by looking at how many hours you are working. There is just no substitute for long days and hard work. At Liverpool’s International Coaching Academy we motivate, stimulate and coach people to do just that.  All successful people in the world work an average of59 hours per week many of them work 70 or 80 hours, especially at the start of the career they work an average of 6 days per week instead of 5 and work longer days. If you want to be successful, gain financial freedom and improve your business and even if you want to call other successful people by phone you will find them in the office before normal working hours and after normal working hours, the top business person in Liverpool is there when the 9 to 5s arrive and are still there when they leave. Does this apply too you?”Now Chamber of Commerce Members here is the key:

·         Work all the time you work

·          When you work, don’t waste time, when people want to talk too you, excuse yourself and say “I have to get back to work”.

    ·          Do not drop off your dry cleaning, phone your friends, socialize with your co-workers or read a newspaper, work all you can and resolve today to develop  a reputation and be the hardest working person in your business.

This will bring you to the attention of people who will help you do faster than all most anything else you can do.

Your Motivational Exercise Plan from John Haynes.

Make a plan today to increase the number of hours you work every day.    Resolve to arrive at the office 1 hour earlier and get a head start on the day.  Work at lunchtime whilst others are gone and stay 1 hour later to get caught up.  This strategy alone will double your output whilst adding only 2 hours too your day, this is a success method, this is our year, this is our time, this is our Capital of Culture.  Come on Chamber of Commerce Members, let’s start reaping the rewards for all our hard work.  If anyone would like to come on our Motivational Seminars, Coaching Courses or would like a private Consultation with me for 1 hour mentoring session and receive the rules of success please call 0845 9000 699 or visit http://www.internationalcoachingacademy.org
