Candidate A

An extremely enthusiastic college leaver with 7 GCSE’s, GNVQ ICT and Level 2 Key Skills in Communication, Application of Number, and ICT. He is extremely conversant with all aspects of computers and familiair with all Microsoft packages. He has a keen interest in computer maintenance and is looking for an opportunity to use his excellent IT skills as well gain office based experience in an IT or Administration position. He describes himself as hardworking and someone who gives 100% at all times with excellent time management skills.

Candidate B

A confident young lady with a mature and positive outlook. She has some previous experience of working within an office environment and is looking for an opening within the business world to use and improve upon her current skills.  She has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and  describes herself as reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic. She is conversant with most Microsoft packages and enjoys dealing with people.

Candidate C

A mature and self confident candidate who is about to complete college in May.  She is looking for her first opportunity to prove herself in the working world. She has applied herself extremely well academically so far and has achieved 9 GCSEs grades A – C and has just completed her AS Levels. She is extremely keen to prove herself to an employer and is looking forward to getting her foot on the career ladder. She has excellent communication skills and experience of dealing with people both face to face and over the telephone from past part time jobs.

Candidate D

A bright young candidate with 9 GCSEs grades A –C. She is self confident with an excellent approach towards life. She describes herself as optimistic and enthusiastic and is keen to prove herself in the working world. She has proven excellent interpersonal skills and has taken part in a lot of voluntary work helping others. She is competent in the use of IT and is familiar with most Microsoft packages.
