How To Win New Business October 1, 2007

New business is always welcome but we cannot sit back and hope it will come to us without effort. Proactively encouraging new business means exploring the possibility of new contacts that may lead to new contracts.

Chamber Professional Development is offering a Cold Canvassing for Appointments course on 9th October for people who need to develop new business over the telephone or sales people who need to get appointments for their face-to-face sales meeting.

This highly participative course explores the professional techniques required to develop new business via the telephone.

The course content will take you though the entire process from who to sell to, obtaining good leads, structuring the call, ask the right questions, selling the benefits through to closing the sale.

Cost: £188 (10% discount for chamber members)

You may also be eligible to attract up to 60% of Skillworks funding to help pay for this course.
