British Military Fitness Logo British Military Fitness will shortly begin classes in Liverpool’s Sefton Park. As a company, we have been getting people fit and healthy in the great outdoors since 1999. Our fitness sessions cater for ALL abilities and age groups, and they combine challenging work in a motivational, fun and very social atmosphere .

Classes start on Monday July 30th at 7pm and continue thereafter on Wednesday evenings (7pm) and Saturday mornings (10am). For more information on attending, please visit the British Military Fitness website.

We would like to hear from Liverpool Chamber members who feel that their staff would benefit from attending these sessions, and who we may be able to offer the corporate rate of membership to. Please contact Barney on 0207 751 9742 or email barney@britmilfit.com for more information.

Hi Rob,

Great stuff. We look forward to seeing you at the park on the night. We run three different levels of classes so you will find your standard straight away.

Look out for the promotions and adverts on Radio City 96.7 FM and the Liverpool Echo.

See you in the park!

Hi Barney,

I live on the Wirral and was wondering if you had considered starting up a class over the water? I know a number of my mates who would be interested, including me

I’d join a Wirral class too.
